A/Prof. Kah Hoong Chang is a Specialist in General and Colorectal Surgery. He provides care to both public and private patients, managing a wide range of benign and malignant diseases at Royal North Shore and North Shore Private Hospitals. Dr Chang is a valuable member of the multidisciplinary teams for Colorectal Cancer, Neuroendocrine Tumours, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
In addition, he is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney, where he contributes to undergraduate education at the Northern Clinical School, as well as postgraduate training for junior doctors and trainees. A/Prof. Chang offers screening, diagnostic, and surveillance endoscopy and colonoscopy; management of abdominal wall and groin hernias; treatment for anorectal conditions including haemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas, and abscesses; as well as managing pilonidal disease, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease, and colorectal cancer.
