Alice completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree with honours at the University of Sydney. She has a strong interest in helping individuals recover from injuries and return to the activities they love. Alice is also an experienced clinical Pilates therapist, with expertise in both private and group settings. This experience gives her a solid foundation in exercise prescription and designing strengthening programs.
Passionate about empowering her patients to take control of their health and well-being, Alice combines a variety of therapies to manage both acute and chronic injuries. These include manual techniques, myofascial release, dry needling, acupuncture, and exercise. She is also on track to complete the McKenzie Method in the coming year. Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time at the gym, dancing, sketching, and relaxing at the beach. She is fluent in Mandarin.
